This Statement of Privacy applies to the Boxed Mayhem, LLC's web site and to Boxed Mayhem, LLC's products, it governs data collection and usage at the boxedmayhem.com site, Boxed Mayhem, LLC's products, and services; it does not apply to other online or off-line sites.

Boxed Mayhem, LLC makes games for the "premium" market only - you pay the full purchase price up front, there are No "in-app" purchases in our games (if you see one our games for free in an app store, it's either to temporally raise its profile, or it's a demo). So unlike companies that make "free to play" games, Boxed Mayhem, LLC doesn't need to do any invasive profiling of our players (just about all of the "free to play" game companies do some form of profiling of their product's players). While Google Play does provide information to Boxed Mayhem, LLC that is relevant to app store purchases, and customer support issues of Boxed Mayhem, LLC products. Boxed Mayhem, LLC does not gather any additional information other than what is provided to it by Google Play or by customer E-mail contacts via Google Play for the purposes of product support, and related app store management. Boxed Mayhem, LLC uses standard Third party software tools such as the Unity Game engine, and Playmaker (a common logic plugin for Unity's Game engine) to create it's Game app products. Boxed Mayhem, LLC does not utilize these or any other software tools, for the specific purpose gathering personal information of any kind. However it is possible that the Unity engine and/or the Playmaker plugin may gather some form usage statistics and other information through their software for their company's own purposes. Boxed Mayhem, LLC considers the software it uses, based on the software's wide adoption in the gaming app industry as being an indication of the software's trustworthiness. However Boxed Mayhem, LLC is not responsible for, and has no control over Unity's, Playmaker's, or any other Third party's privacy policies. Additionally Boxed Mayhem, LLC is not responsible for - any spyware, defects, or security flaws that may be contained in Unity's, Playmaker's, or any other Third party's software.

These may include but are not limited to product support issues, or other business related inquires. By sending e-mail to us you are consenting to the retention of the e-mail messages, addresses, and their contents. Should you decide for some reason that you do not want any further e-mail contact, send us an e-mail with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and we will discontinue e-mail contact to that address. It is not the present management of Boxed Mayhem, LLC's policy to sell e-mail addresses, install "Cookies", or to install any other kind of tracking software on this site. We have no knowledge of and do not take any responsibility for any harmful software installed by a third party on or through this site.

The game "Against the Cosmos" is recommended for ages thirteen and up. Any Content, communication, or material you transmit to Boxed Mayhem, LLC, including game scenarios, images, stories, data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Boxed Mayhem, LLC for any purpose, including but not limited to product or service solicitations, transmission, disclosure, publication, reproduction, broadcast, and posting. You must further represent that any content you send to Boxed Mayhem, LLC is yours, and does not infringe on any third-party's trademarks or copyrights.
